External consultants and temporary workers with contract end dates. Tracks company, department assignment, and contract start/end for offboarding triggers.
Employee Skill
Skills assigned to employees with proficiency levels. Links an employee to a skill with beginner-to-expert rating and a verified date.
Employee Certification
Certifications held by individual employees with issue and expiry dates. Includes certificate number for audit verification.
IT Asset
Physical equipment assigned to employees -- laptops, monitors, phones, and peripherals. Tracks make, model, serial number, and assignment date.
Software Access
Application access grants for employees. Records application name, access level (read-only to admin), granted date, and approver for revocation tracking.
Emergency Contact
Emergency contact information for each employee. Stores name, relationship type, phone number, and email for incident response.
